In the commune of La Sauvetat-du-Dropt, come stay at this cosy house with its private swimming pool and spacious garden. The house, which is semi detached with the owners, is situated between the Chateau of Duras and the Bastide of Eymet where there are many bars, restaurants and shops for you to enjoy. The house is just a short distance from the Lescouroux lake where you can spend the day fishing, canooing or enjoying an afternoon walk. Parts of the  lake are wooded, which makes walking very pleasant in all seasons.

We are minutes from what we call the golden triangle, which covers the Dordogne, Gironde and Lot et Garonne regions where there are many typical villages, markets, chateaux's, rivers, lakes and all sorts to enjoy while in the area.
You can be sure to take advantage of your stay in discovering the heritage of our region and enjoy the gastronomy of the South-West.

Please note that there is a holiday tax fee to be paid upon your stay. The price is 0,80 euros per adult (over 18) and per day. This is to be paid before you leave. I also ask for a 150,00 euros guarantee fee for any broken objects during your stay. This will be given back to you after check out at the end of your stay.
